4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload false or misleading information.

Copy or reverse engineer the software.
Use the platform for illegal activities.

5. Student Data

Schools are responsible for obtaining all required permissions before uploading student information. Data Pix CRM processes student data only to provide requested services.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, branding, source code, logos, graphics, and content remain the property of Data Pix CRM. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally interrupt service.

8. Payments

Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan.
Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Data Pix CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activities.
